Red Cross CPR/ AED/ First Aid Certification
Your Certification Course
Emergencies are abrupt, unexpected and can be a source of anxiety.
I learned in counseling that the best way to combat anxiety around the unexpected is to learn more about it, prepare as best I can, and radically accept that I am enough regardless of the outcome.
Learning CPR, Basic First Aid, and how to use a defibrillator (AED) empowers you to be prepared for a wide array of emergencies.
I offer Red Cross Instruction at your pace, and your choice of location and time.
I provide certification for all three options in any combination for adults, children and infants based on what your needs are.

Proper technique for compressions and breaths to stabilize sudden cardiac arrest.
