Hi, Iām Liz Meany
The knowledge that I bring into my practice is cumulated from both my formal education experiences and my wildly lived adventures.
In short: I grew up on a farm in Minnesota, romped around Europe, I tried so many different jobs and fell in love with Washington, my husband, and myself.
In my spare time, I like to create. Knitting, sewing, quilting, and writing are my skills of preference, and I love to try new mediums of expression. I read fantasy and young adult dystopia, non-fiction, and will inhale podcasts that comb through methodologies of toxic systems.
I find the most peace in the water and swim in all livable temperatures. I swam competitively from 6th grade to college and I teach swimming lessons because I love both kids and the water so much.
I have values of authenticity, nuance, and humor in life and in business. If you work with me, expect that all three will be a part of the experience.
